By popular demand, we are offering a SPECIAL Fall/Winter Session package for all Middle School Players that are trying out for their School Ball Team! This special package was a HUGE SUCCESS last year due to the fact that there is inconsistency in Middle School coaching/training, a short Middle School season and Middle School games are on weeknights so they don't conflict with Indy Hoops Academy league games on the weekend. See details below - and register before the Oct 10th deadline!!

Middle School tryouts for most schools won't be completed until the week of October 21st. Since this is just one week prior to when Indy Hoops Academy Fall/Winter League begins, players are having a difficult time deciding what to do!! MANY players want to play with Indy Hoops Academy REGARDLESS as to whether or not they make their School Ball team. Therefore, we have put together some options specifically for Middle School players to help with this decision.

For Middle School players that ARE trying out for their School Ball team AND want to play with Indy Hoops Academy, you can register for the Indy Hoops Academy Middle School Fall/Winter Program by the Oct. 10th deadline. Once registered, players will get placed on an Indy Hoops Academy roster (skill level appropriate). The Players that MAKE their School Ball team will have a SINGLE, 2 hour Indy Hoops Academy practice/training combo each week (scheduled later in evening around school ball schedule) and a weekly game (16 total games). Players that do NOT make their School Ball team will have a single 2 hour practice/training combo night each week AND an additional 1 hour skills training ... plus the weekly game.

REGISTRATION GUIDELINES & FEES:

▪ All players trying out for their Middle School team will register for the Indy Hoops Academy Middle School Package by the Oct 10th deadline and will select either a flat rate plan or an installment plan (flat rate pays initial fee of $25 and installment pays initial fee of $40)
▪ Players that MAKE their school ball team will be setup with a 2 hr practice/training per week. (this is ONLY available to players that MAKE their team) and will have a remaining balance of $500 due (full $500 due by Oct 27th for those that select flat rate option -OR- 4 payments of $125 each for installment plan due 10/27, 12/1, 1/5 and 2/1)
▪ Players that do NOT make their school ball team will be setup with a single, 2 hour practice/training per week AND an additional 1 hour training per week. (this is the REQUIRED option for any player that is NOT playing on their school ball team) and will have a remaining balance of $800 due (full $800 due by Oct 27th for those that select flat rate option -OR- 4 payments of $200 each for installment plan due 10/27, 12/1, 1/5 and 2/1)

*game days: 16 standard league games consist of 8 Best Choice Fieldhouse Fall League Games and 8 Best Choice Fieldhouse Winter League Games. 7th and 8th graders will have 12 Sunday games (6 each Fall and Winter) and 4 "alternate day" games (2 each Fall and Winter) -AND- 6th grade will have 12 Saturday games (6 each Fall and Winter) and 4 "alternate day" games (2 each Fall and Winter). The 2 "alternate day" games for each half of the session may come in the form of a double header on your standard game day or they may be on an alternate day of the week
*sibling discount: register 1 player at full price - receive $50 off for each additional sibling

*Registration is first come, first served. Once a roster is full, a waiting list will be formed.

Terms and Conditions:

In registering for our leagues, you understand and accept the following terms and conditions in regards to cancellations and refunds:

Cancellation

You can cancel your registration to play on a team in our league for an 80% refund or 100% account credit of amounts paid if your cancellation is made in writing within 2 days after the registration deadline date for the session to which you committed.  If your cancellation is made in writing more than 2 days after the registration deadline date of the session to which you committed, then our “no refunds” policy applies to amounts already paid; and you understand that you are subject to billing for any remaining balances due (per your registration agreement) for the session to which you committed.

No Refunds

Refunds will not be provided for any reason for players that cancel or back-out of a session anytime more than 2 days after the registration deadline date.  These participants will be permitted to continue to attend their team training sessions, practices and games for the remainder of the session to which they committed.
